Local Laws

Elysium: Within the Laird's Court, only the Laird and the Sergeant-at-Arms may carry weapons. No manner of unprovoked violence against Kindred will be tolerated. Any who breach this rule shall be slain. No active, unprovoked use of the Disciplines of the Blood will be tolerated. Elysium is a place of peace and safety. A Ghoul or other Retainer in Elysium is the property of its Domitor, and is to be afforded the appropriate respect.

Should a Retainer be destroyed by a Kindred which is not its Domitor, the Domitor may seek adequate recompense.

A Caitiff with no knowledge of their lineage will be granted no hospitality. All Kindred of the accursed 14th and 15th Generations will be turned over to Clan Tremere for study, or sold to the highest bidder.
